Save for your retirement by participating in our 401(k) plan. You'll receive a 100% match on the first 3% of your eligible compensation that you contribute, and 50% on the next 3%.

Profit Sharing

Legg Mason offers a discretionary profit sharing program to further show our appreciation to our employees. Our annual contribution is determined at the end of the fiscal year.


Our Employee Stock Purchase Plan gives you the opportunity to purchase Legg Mason common stock through payroll deductions on an after-tax basis. You will also receive a 15% match on your purchases.
