Richard Foster
Founder, Foster Health Partners

Richard Foster is the founder of Foster Health Partners. Previously, Dick was a senior partner and director of McKinsey & Company, where his most recent position was Managing Director of McKinsey's TM Private Equity practice.

Dick has written two best selling business books: "Creative Destruction" (2001) and "Innovation: The Attacker's Advantage" (1986), which focus on the relationship between technological change, innovation and the capital markets.

Dick is a member of the Board and the Executive Committee of Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital, where he is Chairman of the Organization and Policy Committee. He is also a member of the board and the Executive Committee of the W. M. Keck Foundation, where he is Chairman of the Medical Research Committee, and a member of the CEO Roundtable at the New York Academy of Science. Dick received a BS, MS, and Ph.D. from Yale University in Engineering and Applied Science.
