Jay Leopold joined Legg Mason in 1986 and has over 17 years of investment experience as an analyst and portfolio manager with Legg Mason Wood Walker, Inc., Legg Mason Capital Management and Legg Mason Funds Management. He has specialized in the health care, automotive, consumer products, retail, financial services, furniture and pollution control industries. Mr. Leopold graduated cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he majored in Finance. He has participated in Wall Street Transcript's Auto Industry Roundtables and is a past President and past Member of the Board of Directors of the Baltimore Security Analysts Society. Mr. Leopold is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
