Overview
The Legg Mason Institutional Funds group is dedicated to meeting the specialized investment needs of defined

institutional investors through its family of institutional mutual funds. These funds are managed by Legg Mason
subsidiaries Western Asset Management Company, Legg Mason Funds Management, Batterymarch Financial Management and
Royce & Associates.
