Overview
Legg Mason Global Funds plc and Legg Mason Select Funds plc* are umbrella investment companies organized
under the laws of Ireland and authorized as an undertaking for collective investment in transferable
securities (UCITS) by the Central Bank of Ireland. They currently offer seven equity sub-funds and eight
fixed income sub-funds, which are managed by the following investment advisory subsidiaries of Legg Mason:
Western Asset Management Company, Royce and Associates, LLC, Legg Mason Funds Management, Inc., Private
Capital Management L.P., Brandywine Global Investment Management, LLC, and Batterymarch Financial Management, Inc. These
funds are offered to individual and institutional investors located in the Caribbean, Central and South American
region, and Europe. These funds are not available for purchase by U.S. investors in the United States.
